In collaboration with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, the work on 3D printed architected carbon tube-in-tube structure has been published in November issue of Nature Materials as the front cover article. The material has ultralow density and ultrahigh stiffness, which can be scaled down to nanometers. You can read the article here.
